1.2 Informational Products
We provide digital guides, tutorials, and support materials related to AI-powered home automation. Access is granted upon purchase.
1.3 Physical Goods
We sell AI-driven devices and compatible accessories. All items are subject to inventory availability.
2. Payment Terms
All fees are as listed at SmartNowLiving.link. Payment must be completed prior to service provision or product shipment.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Device Services
If you are not satisfied with a booked service, you may request a refund of the service fee. We will process a reimbursement to your original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Services may be rescheduled once at no extra cost if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Services explicitly marked as non-refundable—such as one-time on-site diagnostic visits—are final due to onsite resource allocation and personnel scheduling.
3.2 Informational Products
Digital items may be reviewed within 7 days of purchase. If you believe the product is defective or does not match description, submit a request and upon verification we will issue a reimbursement within 10 business days.
3.3 Physical Goods
Unused items in original condition may be sent back for inspection within 14 days of delivery. After approval, we will process a reimbursement within 14 business days. You will be responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective. Defective items will be replaced or reimbursed at no extra charge.
4. Scheduling Adjustments
For device services, adjustments are accepted up to 48 hours before the service time. Late change requests may incur fees or be declined.
5. Limitation of Liability
SmartNowLiving is not liable for indirect impacts arising from device malfunctions or software compatibility issues.
